I bought some wheatgrass yesterday. It’s super good for you and packed with loads of vitamins and awesomeness. With that being said, to me it tastes, um, nasty! I tried mixing it into a fruit smoothie and I gagged the whole time. So, I decided to just do a quick shot. Really strong, but really fast to get down. I am going to try to do a shot of wheatgrass every day to see if it helps my energy. I might need to purchase some nose plugs to succeed at this task!
