Introducing…

Mr. Treadmill and Ms. Yoga Mat

I feel like a big slug, so I’m going to get myself moving. My body right now is screaming, please no, but I know this is something I have to do. Being proactive with my treatments and medication is a start, but I eating healthy and exercise will help just as much. Always something I should have been doing more of, but even more so now…thanks Thyroid Cancer! Got to love something that reeks havoc on your hormones and metabolism.

I have never been good at “sticking to” diet or exercise programs for very long. I am trying hard not to look at this as a diet, but more of a lifestyle change.  But, I am hoping if I journal my exercise and healthy eating it will keep me accountable and I’ll have more stick-to-it-ness. Here we go!
