I am still struggling to eat the homemade plain yogurt – it’s just too tangy for me. So, I’ve starting making yogurt smoothies for breakfast or lunch. They are really filling, quick to make, help with the sweet tooth cravings, and I still get all the wonderful benefits of the live cultures in the yogurt. I need to do some recipe hunting for some variety. Love the Banana Strawberry!
Ingredients: 1/2 cup homemade yogurt, 1 banana, 3 strawberries, 1/4 tsp organic vanilla, 1 tsp of local honey, and a couple of ice cubes.
