Putting on my Walking Shoes

Everyday when I take T to school at 7:15 in the morning, I drive right by the park.  Literally, right by the park.  For the past 3 months, a little voice in my head would say “Stop. Walk.”, but I never did.  I would just keep driving on by until my toosh was planted right back in front of the computer.  Well, yesterday I made myself take a left instead of a right.  Following the green arrows.

1.2 miles later I felt great!  Legs felt a little bit jello, but not too bad.  Going to turn left again today instead of right.  If anyone wants to join me holler!
